Nokia’s Gulp Is the World’s Largest Stop-Motion Animation (Video)

Nokia's Gulp

How do you create the world’s largest stop-motion animation? Grab a Nokia 8 smartphone, get super tall cranes, go to a sandy beach of your choosing and, most important, get Oscar-winning animation studio Aardman to do it for you.

The stop-motion short is called Gulp and is a part of ongoing campaign that showcases the capabilities of Nokia smartphones.

Gulp tells the story of a fisherman who gets swallowed by a larger predator and it broke the world record for the largest stop-motion animation set with the biggest scene stretching over 11,000 square feet of Pendine Beach in South Wales.
