A Narragansett (Rhode Island) woman who was the victim of theft got a thank you note and flowers from the person who took her credit card and spent $2,400.

Police say Bank of America contacted the woman in March, telling her that someone had charged thousands of dollars to her credit card, including $65 worth flowers sent to her home with a card that said: “thnx for ur money.”
